Shipping and Returns

We value our customers and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from our store.

Quality of utmost importance to us which is why we hand select each piece of high quality wood and make sure our craftsmanship is always at it's highest standard.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please be sure to contact us as soon as possible, we accept returns within the first 30 days of purchase, the items purchased must be returned in it's original packaging and be in the same condition as when it arrived. Once it has been returned to us and inspected and all items are in their original state we will issue a refund. (please note shipping costs are non refundable)

We cannot accept any returns on sale items or custom orders.

Trae Designs is not responsible for any customs or duties charged on arrival, any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. 

It is also important to note that since all of our items are handcrafted and hand painted they will have slight variations between each other making each piece individual and unique, colours can also look slightly different on each computer screen.
